What an amazing night! Bon Jovi is finally at Istanbul since 1993. This was the first gig ever in the history of TT Arena, and it was a well-worth show for the stadium. Redd, the opening act also taped by me. Ţebnem Ferah, a female rock singer from Turkey was about to go on stage too but, unfortunately she lost her mother, so she didn't play in this event. Redd was real good, and they played for nearly 50 minutes. Bon Jovi hit the stage at 20.45, with Raise Your Hands. The crowd was amazing, there was almost 70.000 people attended, all were cheering, clapping and keeping up with Jovi. Jon mentioned that 18 years is a long time, they should be coming more and more every year. He also wore a Turkish National Basketball Team's jersey at the song Bad Medicine, especially designed for him as number 10, written Bon Jovi at the back of his jersey. He made 2 encores, and when people think he was about to leave, he started playing the song Always. And while leaving the stage, a fan threw him a scarf of the TT Arena's owner team, Galatasaray. Half of the crowd cheered while the other half booed, so he immediately let it go with a laugh. This was a very special show, as I grew listening to It's My Life in my childhood. I hope you will enjoy this show too as much as me. Cheers!
